Welcome Sweet Roman

Brand new Mom, Vassilena and I went to Highschool Together.

So 13 years later, when she contacted me to photograph her first baby, Roman, I was looking forward, not only to meeting him but reconnecting with an old friend.

I spent the morning and part of the afternoon in the Johns Family Home, beautifully located blocks from the beach in Victoria BC.
Sweet Baby Roman, just one week old, was more content snuggled up Nursing with Mama then in front of my lens.
But in No time I was able to get him cozy and warm and ready to be photographed allowing Mom to close her eyes for some much needed rest.
(Dont we all remember what those first weeks are like)

Danny, Vassilena, Roman and even Kona were beautiful to Photograph.
What a wonderful Way to Spend my Sunday.

Welcome Baby Roman.
We can see already from these photographs,

Good Luck Girls!

“You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.
You’re on your own.
And you know what you know.
You are the girl who’ll decide where to go.”

Lil’ Jack

Jack Richard Christopher Nicholson was born on May 21st 2013, 5 weeks early.

His Parents, Andrea and Kyle had inquired about Maternity and Birth Photos but Little Jacks Early arrival left no time for that.

Instead, we celebrated his homecoming from the Hospital and the arrival of his Grandparents, Aunt and 3 Adorable Cousins from Alberta, with a Cozy Home Photo Shoot.

The Scott Family

I have come to know Candice and her beautiful Family only just recently.
This Multi Talented Mother of Three adorable Children is as kind hearted and sweet as they come.

And it shows in the most important place….The Nature of their kids.
Sadly, this beautiful Family is Leaving our home town and wanted a few photos by the ocean they have to say goodbye to.

My all time favourite moment of this session;
5 year old Elijha Says to his parents mid smile for my camera….” I love you Mom and Dad”

These Kids…Every one of them. Amazing.

Debbie Hesse Great photos !!! you are very talented. and I have to agree with your above comments, this is a wonderful family, and they will be missed.
